Random Forest (RF) Support Vector Machine (SVM) Artificial Neural Network (ANN)

• The highest prediction accuracy was observed for RF, followed by SVM and ANN models for natural and synthetic AMPs.


• Peptide sequences, that are not in fasta format or contain non-standard aminoacids, will be excluded from the analysis.


• The prediction algorithms were created using datasets of peptides with length ranging between 3 and 100. Hence the prediction will work best for peptides within this sequence length.
